1. The right to return
Deadline: Returns are accepted up to 7 days from the date of delivery.
Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging and with all tags/accessories.
Proof of purchase: Receipt or proof of order required.
The return is subject to approval by the seller, as the products are his property and responsibility.
Personal products (open cosmetics, intimate apparel, hygiene products).
Personalized or custom-made products.
Digital products, software or gift cards.
3. How to start a return
Procedure: Return requests are made only through the Ultrastore platform. Contact the team at support@ultrastore.com .
Shipping: The customer bears the return shipping costs, except in cases where the return occurs due to a defect or error of the seller.
Approval: After receipt and inspection of the returned product, you will be notified of its approval or rejection.
4. Refunds
Payment method: You can pay on delivery (Cash on Delivery) or online by card (Visa/Mastercard via Paysera) .
Processing: After approval of the return, the refund will be made in cash or to the account used during purchase, within 30 days of approval.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, there may only be a partial refund (e.g. for damaged or partially used products).
Delayed Refunds: If you are experiencing delays in your refund, contact the team at support@ultrastore.com .
5. Exchanges
We only exchange or replace products that are defective or damaged upon delivery. To request an exchange, please contact us at support@ultrastore.com .
6. Return address
Products must be returned to the seller's address within 14 days of purchase, along with the packaging, fiscal receipt and warranty (if any).
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
7. Cancellation Policy
